I go by Scott David Ramirez Junior. I managed to purchase a clean one bedroom beach house a little north of Longtown, CA. My wife Laura and I have enjoyed owning that house since 1998. In my opinion this house has always been a great getaway. I would recommend this getaway to anybody.
